Wear whatever you’re comfortable in. You'll be given privacy to undress to your comfort level. During the session, only the area being worked on will be uncovered, and you’ll be properly draped at all times.

Pressure is tailored to you. At the beginning of your appointment, the therapist will conduct a brief consultation to discuss your preferences and needs. You can request anything from light and relaxing to deep and focused. You’re also encouraged to speak up during the session so it feels right

Yes. Many clients book specifically for neck, shoulders, back, hips, or legs. Sessions can be fully focused on one area if that’s what you need.

We understand that plans can change, so we strive to offer a fair cancellation policy that respects both your time and ours. If you cancel a booking more than 48 hours before your scheduled massage, there is no cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 48 hours, a fee of 50% of the service price will be charged. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, a full 100% cancellation fee applies.
