Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings, services, products, and interactions between you (“Client”, “you”) and Anka Massage (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking or receiving a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Appointments & Bookings

  1. Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.

  2. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  3. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. As services are delivered in-home, the session time begins at the scheduled appointment time. Delays in access or readiness may result in a shortened session.

2. Prices & Payments

  1. Prices for services are displayed on the website and may be updated from time to time.

  2. Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  3. We accept card payments, bank transfers, and other payment methods listed at the point of booking.

  4. If you purchase a prepaid package, the full package value is payable at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  1. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

  2. If you are not present or available at the scheduled appointment time, resulting in the therapist being unable to provide the service (“no-show”), the full service fee may be charged.

  3. Cancellation fees and charges will be taken from your card on file, prepaid package, or invoiced at our discretion.

  4. We may waive cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

4. Health & Medical Disclosure

  1. By booking a massage, you warrant that you have notified us of any medical conditions, injuries, medications, past surgeries, or other health information relevant to your treatment.

  2. All health information provided will be treated confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  3. We may modify, delay, or refuse treatment if we believe it is not safe based on your health information.

5. Nature of Services

  1. Massage services are provided for relaxation, wellbeing, and therapeutic purposes.

  2. Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

  3. We do not diagnose medical conditions.

6. Conduct

  1. All services are strictly professional.

  2. Inappropriate behaviour, requests, or advances will result in immediate termination of the session.

  3. You may still be liable for the session fee if a service is terminated early due to inappropriate conduct.

7. Refunds & Gift Vouchers

  1. Refunds on services already rendered will only be provided where required by law.

  2. Gift vouchers are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. If no period is specified, they expire 3 years from issue.

  3. Gift vouchers are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Liability

  1. To the full extent permitted by law, Anka Massage limits its liability for loss or damage arising from services provided.

  2. You agree that any liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

​

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
